The entire apartment and kitchen are fully equipped with everything you need. It has flat TV, Wifi, work space, air conditioning in the rooms, ceiling fan. There is also a table on the terrace to be able to eat outdoors enjoying the views and the sunsets.
The building has a magnificent swimming pool, a bar in the pool area and a tennis court. There is a community parking and this apartment also has a private space. In the area there is a wide variety of shops, restaurants, cafes, supermarket, pharmacy and other services. There are also several nearby shopping centers and a spa. Also for children there is a playground and a few steps away a large field ideal for playing, skating or riding a bike. It is an ideal area for families and groups as it is a lively area with facilities.
